Tough one. I had a butternut squash ravioli topped with bolognese in Ferrara Italy. It was great. I've learned to make it myself. Love it, but it is lots of work - the bolognese takes all day to cook, so don't eat it too often. The hazelnut mousse for desert was fantastic also.

I reserve the right to change my mind to Texas barbecue tomorrow.
