Yes. Dixie and Dixie Jazz.

Dixie is nothing like the old school beer and Jazz is light Dixie.

BTW, they are brewed in Wisconsin...

I'd probably give another shot now. But back then when I was like 12-13, I was pretty sure I was going to die just from one sip.

Ice cold leaded High Life ponies. My girlfriend found me a baby koozie a while back (it says "baby on board" lol) that I use when I boil, not that they would ever have a chance to get cold.

It's amazing I didn't give up drinking beer from the word go. I still remember wondering why people drank beer if that's what it tasted like. How my dad drank (and still drinks) it is beyond me.

Pabst Blue Ribbon. I got it from my pops since that's what he drank. I don't even remember what those taste like anymore.

I grew-up in New Orleans, so I'm sure I sipped on a Dixie shortly after learning how to walk.

Or before that.

I was 5 and I sneaked one at a crawfish boil. Got a major butt-whoopin for that one.

Coots Light. Dads best friend gave one to me when I was 12, saying that was the age he started drinking.

However I guess my first beer was technically a Bud Light when I was like 7. Dad left one half drank, so me and my best friend at the time drank some of it but found it immediately disgusting and only had one sip.

It was either MGD or Milwaukee's Best

Dad drinks MGD and gave me a few sips when I was 12-13 or so... Uncles always bought MB and did the same

I didn't like it but I tried it because the adults were drinking it

Tough one. I remember my Dad letting me have a sip of beer when I was young. Probally original Coors, or Miller Lite. My first beer without parental consent was a Bud Light though.
