In Lafayette, it was Taco Sisters' signature Smoked Tuna Taco. Was probably my favorite dish in the city until they discontinued it.

They had a shrimp dish over angel hair that had lots of vegetables and was spicy. That coupled with the pasta salad was awesome!
Also, the crawfish Thai pasta at Semolina's.
