Alex, French Guy Cooking

LINK

Early videos were not good, but luckily I found him only after he improved and watched those early videos later. I really like his deep dive into various foods and techniques.

Use their seasonings and rubs all the time - fantastic.

He also does live classes in the DFW area which are a lot of fun

I can't believe only one person has listed Ethan chlebowski. If you like Kenji's analytical style and practical food he's great. Weissman was a no god for me. Chef John's videos and catalog of recipes make him my go to for inspiration

I really enjoy his content. Glad he has gotten popular. Does a good job of explaining why to use certain techniques instead of just giving a recipe.

Watch his live streams, he is an arrogant and rude. He went on a tirade how people copy him and his recipes on youtube and then comes out with a welly video.

I really like the character he does when filming but when he isnt in character he is an arse.

Mad Scientist BBQ is who comes to mind when I say this. He’s great at what he does and is a wealth of knowledge, but he will drag on for 45 minutes talking about a pork butt and his videos tend to miss the forest for the trees.
what about one of his first videos he posted showing him firing up a BBQ pit for the first time. Oh yea he removed that video now he is an "expert".

There has been a lot of good ones already mentioned. I’ll add a few that I’ve learned some good things from watching their videos that no one has mentioned.

Asian
Quang Tran
Souped Up Recipes
School of Wok
Chinese Cooking Demystified

Mexican
Cooking Con Claudia

Kosmos is interesting at times. His smoked meatloaf recipe is a hit with my friends and kids that hate meatloaf.

T-Roy has shown a variety of interesting and informative videos.

Harry Soo does a nice job on BBQ

Old Molto Mario episodes. I like seeing a fat Joe Bastianich.

This made my day. Never knew Joe was fat. Found an old Molto Mario episode on youtube and saw Joe in all his portly glory. Wow, I would have never imagined he used to be so fat.

He is my favorite by far. Used quite a few of his recipes and love the foil boat method for briskets.

He's obnoxious during his shorts but his longer videos are much easier to watch and he makes some good stuff.

I like Chud's...so many overcomplicate sausage making. He makes it pretty simple.
