I've got the MEAT! 500w and its perfect for 5-25lbs at a time, a few times a year. Attachments, auger, etc etc are aluminum so be ok with hand washing but its worth the $$ savings. Best bang for the buck..

UCLA was a day game and it didn't get dark until later for Nicholls. This weekend will be a better test
I really hope not. TJ's just hasn't been successful in any spot other than the original.
I like Chud's...so many overcomplicate sausage making. He makes it pretty simple.
I'll use the keto tortillas instead of the lasagna noodles and make a low carb lasagna...good change from all the grilled/smoked meats.
