He said "hard to frick up" not "dishes that people usually frick up 100% of the time"

Beef stew
Any sort of crock pot dish, such as smothered round steaks or pork butt.
These sorts of things, you really have to do something stupid, like put in way too much salt.
I can't get over seeing crawfish on here. I want to have a boil, my father-in-law gave me his old setup last spring. But I'm just terrified I'll screw things up. I've had bad crawfish boil crawfish, like you couldn't peel them. I may break my cherry by just cooking 10 pounds one weekend.

Cornbread

I don’t know about that. I have had some cornbread that’s so dry I felt like I was about to cough up a powder

Soups and pastas are pretty hard to screw up (if you aren't making your own noodles)

If you set a timer...and set the temp correctly

I'm certain he was referring to real cornbread, not the boxed shite

Exactly. Pretty much anything that doesn't require technique is hard to frick up.

How about those that leave the bag of microwave popcorn in way too long only to salvage a couple of kernels?

Enjoy your bag of burnt corn.

Ok.. I was talking about the box shite.. If you're too stupid to add an egg and milk to a box mix and put out a cornbread, you can't cook.

What's so hard? Make your jambalya sauce, add your corn, add your brown rice, etc.

The way that most people scramble eggs is 100% wrong. It's supposed to be done very slowly over very low heat.
