What do you call eggs scrambled like this?

Personally I love them like this. Just heat up some butter and crack the the eggs right into the skillet and scramble them around.
Soft scrambled to me means you don't overcook the eggs and not that you didn't whip the yolk and white together but I've had varying results when ordering eggs that way.

When mine look like that i was going for fried eggs and broke the yolk. But that's hard scrambled. Soft scrambled is that runny Gordon Ramsey slop. They call it perfect but i hate the texture.

I hate that crap too. Call it snot.
My BIL law makes them like the OP describes. They're really good but different.

My favorite way. Lots of butter and pepper.

Once waited in line at a hotel restaurant omelet station while the chef prepared eggs to order for several people. Dude had some skills.
He apologized for the wait. I told him I didn't mind because it was a pleasure to watch a true professional at work.

Looking for a term to use to tell the diner cook next time. Guess I'll just have to describe how they should come out.

That's proper scrambled eggs. I prefer mine to have distinguishable white and yolk like in the picture.

Do the same in bacon fat after you cooked your bacon, except don’t scramble it. Just let it cook and flip once.
