I fried up some Deer Backstrap, Fried fish (Speck), Fried some crawfish tails left over from yesterday’s boil, and some fried shrimp. Pray for my arteries, it was freaking delicious, and I thank god for these fabulous wild animals that taste so good. Happy Easter everyone

Easter cliches: ham, old school scalloped potatoes, asparagus, and chicken/sausage gumbo as a starter. Crazy good turtle chocolate cake for dessert.
