Frozen yellowfin tuna steaks and seaside cheddar. Everything else I can get at another store for much less.

Bulk items including flax seed, quinoa, beans, rice, granola.
Fresh grind peanut butter (honey roasted is a dollar a pound cheaper if you grind it yourself versus grabbing one they ground for you)
Milk, bread and eggs (as cheap as Albertsons and Wal Mart)
Cheese and wine
Pizza and pizza dough
Vegetables
Meat and Fish if looking for something out of the ordinary-veal chop, fresh salmon etc...
Flowers (for my wife) Tom's shoes (for my kid)
Cucumber, sesame pasta salad.
Noodle bowl
Raspberry granola bar which is unreal and sells out early.

Produce, meat, seafood, beer, cheese.
I only go in a few times a month, but it is usually when I'm wanting a few of the above mentioned items of high quality.

That stuff rocks. It is such a damn good price for that good of a cheese too.

Frozen yellowfin tuna steaks
Would these be a much better grade of yellowfin tuna than say the ones at Albertson's?

I get very random groceries from there when I get groceries, but I stop in for a Portabello Goat Cheese Panini (should be panino, but Americans don't know Italian) weekly. It has portabello, goat cheese, delicious pesto, and roasted red pepper. And the bread it's on is so flavorful.

i avoid the place like the plague, but if for some reason I venture in there, I get beer. Then go home and shower to get the stench of hippie off of myself, then drink the beer.
