Mmm those were my favorite. Try the cinnabun ones from Sam's club (not the cinnabun ones sold elsewhere), they're fricking gooood.

Leftovers.

Fiance and I just did 5 days in Vermont with both sets of parents. We had big meals every night, which took a lot of cooking/preparation on our part, so we're kind of cooked out at this point.

We'll eat the minimal leftovers that we have and we ordered a pizza yesterday to supplement any additional hunger until I can get to the store on Thursday.

Just put a pork on. First time running my new setup with the Amazen tube and a Thermoworks Smoke (thanks Santa!) Holy hell the stock thermometer on the masterbuilt is way off.

Spiral ham with a cheese platter and rolls. Vermicelli salad, crostinis, fried cheese, fried mushrooms, fried cauliflower with béchamel and marinara dipping sauce. Fried white perch, macaroni and cheese, spinach dip, chocolate pie, snot, deviled eggs, and more don't know what the kids are bringing.

Got a pork loin I stuffed yesterday with bacon, boudin, pepperjack cheese, cheddar cheese and spices. Got it on the Traeger right now and every 20 minutes or so I drizzle a peach/jalapeno pepper jelly glaze over it. Also have green bean casserole, oyster dressing, shrimp & mirliton dressing and potato casserole and something else.

Here's the pork loin ready to sit in the fridge overnight yesterday.

Coming along nicely!

I have a 3lb Beef tenderloin butt roast in the sous vide now. Going to serve it with crispy Yukon Gold potatoes and Spinach Madeline. Having a delicious gin bloody as I prep.

I'm glazing a whole chisesi ham and doing sous vide pork tenderloins.

Had to make last minute changes - my uncle who was bringing a smoked turkey has the flu.

I had some chicken breasts in the freezer, so throwing those on the grill.

Did my first cochon de lait. Turned out awesome. Skin was still a little rubbery though. Next time I’ll increase the heat a little more towards the end.
