Thawed out what I thought was chicken thighs. Turned out it was some big breasts. Sliced some cutlets, pounded thin, and made a red sauce for chicken parmesan.

Half harissa chicken and half lamb meatballs. I switch up the scoops/sauce toppings each time so its a different taste. Im a big time greek fan.

Tried the Mexican Chicken Sandwich from last week’s thread. Really good. Saved some without cheese that we will slice later this wk for fajitas.

Search chimichurri steak on google (+!000000 results returned), flank & skirt will appear in the list, but an equal number of returned results use sirloin or sirloin tip. Sirloin is usually my choice when having chimichurri sauce.
