I smoked a pork shoulder Sunday, so that sandwich with BBQ sauce and homemade pickled onions. Side is tater tots with a bottled sweetened tomato reduction. Pics in a little bit!

I had an appointment downtown so I stopped at the restaurant next door.
Couple of margaritas (rocks, no salt because I'm not a heathen).
Half order of queso with ground beef to start.
Enchilada plate...one cheese, one beef. Ranchero sauce on one, chili sauce on the other.

I am doing low carb. My husband isn’t, but is willing to eat some of the things, usually accompanied by carbs.
