Filet and some air fried salt and pepper cauliflower. Tried to recreate CYP's cauliflower. Not as good but still damn good.

My dude wanted sushi so that's what we had. We walked down to a joint that does both Japanese and Korean.
We had various nigiri...surf clam, scallop, octopus, eel, yellow tail. The yellow tail was like butter and was the runaway favorite, but the scallop was super sweet and delicious and was a close second.
We also ordered a couple of rolls...spider and some sort of spicy tempura shrimp something.
Steamed pork dumplings and beef bulgogi lettuce wraps to round it out.
Several rounds of cold sake.
It was delicious and I'm stuffed, and we have plenty of leftovers.

Drove my new RV from Mississippi to Texas today.
Stopped at Buccee's and made the Super Sandwich.
Purchase a chopped brisket sandwich and a smoked turkey sandwich. Grab a container of onions and barbecue sauce.
Discard the bun from the turkey sandwich.
Pile the turkey, onions and BBQ sauce on top of the chopped brisket in the other sandwich and go to work.
