Pulled out a slab of leftover brisket, sliced, heated up, put on bread with some horseradish and bbq sauce. I think it was better than was when it was first cooked.

Beef and broccoli in the Instant Pot. I added mushrooms and water chestnuts and served over brown rice.

My husband and our son share a birthday. They wanted good old smothered chicken, rice and gravy, black eyed peas, cucumber, tomato, and onion salad, and chocolate cake a la mode for their birthday dinner. And they got it. No time for food pics.

Did chicken with a couple of different brands of those Indian simmer sauces, made my own coconut curried lentils, and roasted root veggies are just from Alexander’s.
