I want to lay in bed with those green beans and let them take advantage of me.

They were fantastic. The steak had a little too much fat so I’m following it up with a tomato from the same garden.
Started with just Maldon sea salt but went all in with pepper, fresh grated parm, oregano, and ponzu

Half are chicken enchiladas and half are cheese enchiladas. My husband prefers cheese ones, and he made chili to go over his.
Chicken enchiladas, black beans, avocado and tomato.
Plenty for leftovers and/or the freezer.

The larb looks so good, marcus! One of my fave Thai dishes.
Pete, is that a homemade vermicelli bowl? Do you need help choosing the right sauce?
LL, are you still using Imgur? Your tomatoes are beautiful and so vibrant! My pics often get dulled down so much on Imgur.

I learned the strangest way to fix it. I got this editing app (its $20, don't recommend purely for that reason.. but I have it for another year) where if I just pretend like I'm going to edit a photo, but all I do is increase the sharpness/clarity by 0.1x, Imgur will pick up the proper vibrancy the original photo was in.
There's a chance that any free editing app would product the same result. For some reason, just barely editing something small keeps Imgur from dulling down my photos.
