Gonna try the Cajun Power shrimp stew, thanks to this board’s recommendation + a poster who dropped the jar and the shrimp over to us this weekend.

I also did some salmon and asparagus. Smoked it all on the Rec Tec. Damn it was good.

Darla, that is one of our favorite foods. Jones gets a vermicelli bowl (with a side of pho) easily once a week.

LL, the vermicelli bowl surprised me the first time I got it. Pho is still a fave, but not THE fave.

It’s so good. He’s allergic to peanuts so we do extra seasoned fish sauce for the spring rolls. I could drink that sauce.

I don’t know what it’s intended for, but I used it on the vermicelli? I mixed in a little of the chile garlic sauce, too. The sweet sauce on the far right is what I dipped the roll in.

ETA: If I’m doing it wrong, let me know. Not sure I’ll change it up, but it’s good to know what is correct.
