Couple of smallish ribeyes. 12 ounces but only about 5/8 of an inch thick. :)

Chicken n sausage gumbo. We’re getting catering samples for our wedding and this was a place from Kaplan. Incredible gumbo

Anne Burrell’s bolognese recipe, garlic bread, and a bottle of double shotgun from vending machine winery. Neil is putting out some very good juice at a good price.

That’s a delicious looking gumbo.

We had freezer food. Mahi mahi (I buy the bag if individually frozen filets from Whole Foods), white truffle broccoli, and mashed sweet potato

Chef Bobby retired last year but the recipes and employees are still there! My parents brought brisket and gravy, and corn maque choux to the beach a couple weeks ago. As good as ever. Rice dressing is also scrumptious.

How do you bake your potato what is your recipe and process. They look good and so does the steaks.
