Taco salad...al pastor pork with pineapple, cilantro, fresh onion and avocado salsa over Romaine.

I was about to ask ... Is no one else cooking for diner?
This evening I grilled some salmon on the Traeger. Sides were wild rice and Almondine green beans.
Pretty darn good meal!
First and foremost as I always say...... One MUST stay hydrated when grilling or cooking! BTW, this year's Yuengling Oktoberfest is pretty darn good!
Salmon was looking pretty good on the Traeger!

Had girls night tonight.
I made homemade crawfish queso and boudin queso. The boudin one needs some work but the crawfish one is BOMB.
We ate them with Jerry Lee pork skins and tortilla chips.

We walked down to a local pub that just opened back up. Gotta stimulate our economy.
I had a delicious Reuben (pastrami) with a side of fries. Juicy IPA to start then washed it all down with a couple of vodka waters.
Felt great to be out.
