Bean dip, tortilla chips, slaw from a bag. Not feeling very inspired in the kitchen today. Lemon lime snowball with condensed milk for dessert, along with a 5k walk.

Crusty broiled salmon with dill sauce and a mixture of "zoodled" yellow squash and zucchini.

Smoked a butt

I wasn’t feeling the typical BBQ pulled pork, so we went with tacos on homemade flour tortillas with avocado, hatch chili salsa, queso fresco, cilantro, and white onion. Many cervezas as well

Had some banh xeo (Vietnamese crepes) with pork, shrimp, bean sprouts, green onions about an hour ago. Prepared at home by The Lovely & Talented Mrs. Lammmo.

She's now making chicken, beef, and black bean nachos from last night's Superior Grill leftovers.

I love my wife!

Beef Rib Back Ribs Rub was coarse kosher salt, fresh cracked black pepper, French Market Dark Roast Coffee with Chicory(ran through coffee grinder to make a fine powder) Took exactly 4.5 hours at a dome temp of 260 degrees. Pulled at 203 degrees, like a brisket popsicle.

Asian marinated roasted Brussels Sprouts

Spinach & Baby Arugula salad with homegrown Lemon Boy tomatoes, asparagus, mushrooms, green olives, blue cheese crumbles. First pressed olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Could have definitely employed that Bordón. The Caravan was WAY too heavy.
