Hodgepodge...making 15 quarts of chili(beef and pork), just boiled two pounds of shrimp, frying a pint of oysters and I’ll roast some mixed root vegetables and sprouts.

Still gumbo. So much gumbo from yesterday. It literally took me an hour and two rolls of foodsaver bags to vacuum pack it this afternoon.
