Breakfast for dinner.
3 eggs scrambled, little bit of cheese on top.
4 strips of bacon
2 pieces of white toast with butter and little strawberry preserves.
Glass of milk.

Trader Joe's has all kinds of truffle items right now, which I'm a sucker for.
Bought their truffle jarred alfredo our of curiosity. The smell is PUNGENT but it doesn't taste as strong as it smells. I blackened chicken first and deglazed with water, then added the sauce + 1/2 cup tomato sauce + some parm. Simmered with linguine noodles.
Not a bad little pasta dish.

One of my friends came over and made skillet mac and cheese bake and we popped some garlic Texas toast in the oven
