In the little bowl is diced mangos with tajin seasoning. It is magic for mangos and pineapple. If you want to take your tacos to the next level, put your meat, cilantro/onion/tomato, a little sour cream, and mangos with tajin. It throws an awesome sweet hit in and makes the flavor pop.

Cooked dinner for a couple friends newly seeing each other.
Scallops and shrimp over lemon butter orzo + Sous vide steak au poivre
I also cut up some really nice looking heirloom tomatoes as an appetizer, and I made homemade individual molten lava cakes for dessert.
