I went by Emmets specialty meats with ribeye on my mind but saw the stuffed chicken with cornbread & adoullie stuffing. Which was awesome last time I had it. So I went with that

Chicken thigh and sausage stew. Too much spring fever to make jamb, once again. I am about to go fire up the tiller and play in the garden spot for a little while.

I've got some chicken thighs and vegetables I need to cook. Probably going to make some chicken fajitas considering I have the (proper) vegetables, seasoning, and corn tortillas readily available.

I was gonna do a fish stir fry tonight, but Lucy is on first night off so she won't eat anything till tomorrow afternoon.

I had leftover K bobs. They were great, over wild rice.

Lucy will wake up at midnight and have option of:
K bobs
Corn Bread

There won't be any chicken salad. I gave it to the dogs. Zach is living dangerously tonight:
