Chicken Piccata with capers over pasta.
My take:
1. It's my wife's new favorite creation from a well-known TV chef.
2. I appreciate my wife's efforts and creativity.
3. This is not a dish I particularly like.
4. Again, I appreciate my wife's efforts and creativity.
5. I hope she gets over this chicken piccata fad soon.
