Hanging out in Big D trying to decide what to make tonight for dinner. Lots of storms, hail, high winds and tornadoes forecast for later.

I picked up some short ribs and a chuck roast this afternoon and have Beef Bourguignon braising in the oven. I'm gonna make some vanilla ice cream later and I'm going to break up some spiced pecans my mom gave me and spin those into the ice cream and I'm going to bake some pears and apples to go with my vanilla pecan ice cream.

Wife got her ribeye late last week and early this week. Won’t see another until next weekend. :)
Also, I have patiently waited for a hail storm because my roof was about done. Four years. Replaced it the week before Christmas. Spent my old/ classic car money fund. If it hails tomorrow, I’m gonna be kinda hard to get along with! :(
