Once a week but this week they were kinda close. :) My wife has put up with me cooking nothing but baked, broiled, grilled or boiled since last March. One steak a week is all she asks for.

Also, I have patiently waited for a hail storm because my roof was about done. Four years. Replaced it the week before Christmas. Spent my old/ classic car money fund. If it hails tomorrow, I’m gonna be kinda hard to get along with! :(

Do I work with you? A guy I worked with said the exact same thing to me today.

Don’t know...was the guy a good looking older gentleman because if so, it probably wasn’t me. :) Other than the old part...

You prefer just butter on your potato? Your plate always looks good, especially the grill marks, but I would load that potato up.

No, I like mine loaded, too but I’ve cut back on and/ or cut out a lot of foods over the last ten months. The once a week steak has been our treat meal but even with that, I try not to go overboard so I only put butter on my potato. About down to my goal weight. When I get there, I’ll start occasionally enjoying a meal with a little more variety.
