I ran out of freezer gumbo, so I cooked a big pot of chicken and sausage gumbo today. I have some potato salad I made to go with it, and I churned up some lemon/lime sherbet with some crumbled graham crackers to go on top for dessert.

The Lovely & Talented Mrs. Lammo made her home-town Bun Bo Hue, with a somewhat spicy reddish broth, vermicelli noodles, brisket with attached tendon, and lean beef, onions. No pork or pork blood cakes today.
Also dungeness crab and asparagus egg drop soup for hunch
