I'll start - this was seasonal for a while but now is a staple item and I stock up every time I go.

I do not like Sams’s now since I got a Costco membership. Sam’s seems to be just what’s in every other grocery store but in larger quantity. Costco seems to source a variety of items that you cannot find in the average grocery store.

Good to know. It's a bit of a drive to the closest Costco vs a 5 minute trek to Sam's so I've got the membership due to convenience. Does Costco let you in without a card? I'd love to see the selection before committing to a membership.

1. Members mark hummus

2. There's a blue cheese dressing they have in the cold section, I don't know the name though

3. Wright bacon

4. Quest bars - 14 for $20.88

5. We're also a big fan of their prime sirloin. They're cut like filets, incredibly cheap, and pretty darn tasty

Sadler's Smokehouse Sliced Whole Brisket. Not a bad product if you have a craving but don't have the time.

Prime brisket
Lamb (chops, racks, legs) way cheaper than others
Reading glasses multi-packs
Gillette Fusion razor blade cartridges
Batteries

The one in Bossier has liquor. I picked up a bottle of Woodford Reserve for about $28 the other day.

Love these—comes in 2 packs. Add a few cheeses, some honey, and wine and you’re all set

The roasted chickens, Roll up’s in the deli are must have. My kids like the sushi, and the MM Pinot Grigio is really good for $7.98 for a 1.5L.
I’ve never had Compari Tomatoes as good as The ones Sam’s carries

Also the big bag of croutons.
There is a pre-made Cobb salad that is real good...if they make it that day.

Sams brand frozen cheesecake. Half the decent restaurants in N.O. serve it at $6-7 a slice. 12 slices at Sams costs 12.99.

Raw cashews

The precooked Hormel bacon

Sams brand pesto

Skin on fresh salmon

Sams and Costco are essentially the same thing with similar quality, prices and products. Anyone vigorously arguing one way or the other is a cantankerous bloviating blowhard.

I will pretty much buy all other groceries and house supplies at Walmart whose prices are much lower. Anyone who buys toiletries from Sams is unconcerned with price, stupid or both. Likely both.

Sams doesn’t check memberships at the door anymore. Even when they did you could tell them you had a script at the pharmacy and they’d let you enter without membership.
