Poor service at fast food franchises is not the fault of the employees. Owners who don't give a f**k about managing their employees ARE at fault. Same goes for Wal-Mart. Making tons of $$, so don't give a lick about managing their employees to ensure great service. THEY JUST DON'T CARE !!!!!!!!!!!!

as far as individual restaurants, burger king in opelousas is bad.
as far as quality of food and bang for the buck raising canes is the worst. they do have good service though.

It is with great hatred and burning rage that I submit the Popeyes on Government behind BRCC. The staff of lackwitted mouthbreathers who, althought clearly being from the North Baton Rouge Area, fail to speak or understand the King's English are far and away the most inept customer service staff on this continent.
In the history of mankind few things have perplexed us more than the questions of where do we come from or are we alone in the universe. However, the aire of mystery surrounding those enigmas are second only to the true challenge facing the human race, namely the placement of fried chicken parts into a cardboard box and then handing that box across a counter or out of window.
A Popeyes's restaurant is apparently a place where the laws of physics, mathematics and probability are incapable of behaving in the manner the Creator intended. The laws of thermodynamics are put into a tailspin upon crossing the threshold of any Popeye's restaurant as the rate at which heated oil can cook a cajun fry is greatly diminished. Likewise, the inability of light to impact and refract off of the rack where the dark meat spicy chicken is located is especially troublesome.
What is easily most troubling about the mystery of Popeye's is the way that a location can cause a temporary misfiring of various neurons and synapse in the brain thereby causing a person to forget all previous experiences at any location.

I did it again...I never learn...went to Popeyes near Elmwood Palace Cinema before Iron Man 3 and got 9 chicken nuggets to take into the movie, Nuggets were as hard as rocks and they forgot the dipping sauce. Don't know what was worse, the chicken or the movie....or my memory. From now on

The food at Popeyes is soooo good...but the service is soooo bad.
If they updated their marketing approach and had a fresh, crisp appearance, there would be no Canes in Louisiana.

I have never been to a Popeye's in LA where I got a correct order in a timely manner and was treated like a human being. It's no wonder they put crack in their food. They have to to get repeat business.
I live near the one on Magazine at Marengo and it's not bad. They've never screwed up an order and the food is always hot.

I find the Popeye's on Jefferson, near Corporate (the one attached to the LaRouge Mart) has had excellent service the times that I've gone there.
The people were friendly, polite and attentive and they actually had most of the stuff on the menu.
I guess it's an outlier.
That's my regular Popeyes and I've never had a problem there, they're usually very fast and courteous. In fact, they were a little slow once and the manager offered me a free drink while I was waiting, a nice gesture.
I used to live near another great Popeye's, in Lafayette on Johnston past the mall but before Maurice. Always got great service at that one but haven't been there in a couple years.

Piccadily Express was pretty bad, TulaneLSU liked it though. They were open for only like a year.
I'd say Rally's. I rarely go to it, even though I am close to one, but when I do I remember why I rarely go.
