Aren’t tamales usually steamed? Do you just use seasoned water to steam it?

You coon asses need to stop trying to throw every damn thing into a boiling pot

Just steam and reheat it like a normal person

Are you boiling them? Make them and then place them in the husks and put the husks in the crawfish sack. Tie off and drop in.

When you shut the crawfish off lay them on top. Before the crawfish sink, remove them. You basically put them on top to get warm. They do somehow pick up a little flavor.

I've never had them, but I'd certainly try them.

They were a hit!

Stuff them frozen or fresh (in husk) in a leg of pantyhose, tie off, toss in when the heat is cut and just let them soak at the top

So damn good.

Must've got the seasoning from the used pantyhose!
