Threw some pepper jelly and cream cheese crackers in the boil this past weekend. Almost came out as good as the bacon-wrapped jalepeno poppers we threw in the week before.

Do they actually float?

You just pull them out when you pull out the crawfish? Or before?

Yeah just pushed them down right below the surface after we cut the flame.

Pull them out when crawfish are ready.

Also, the Times-Picayune reads the F&D Board.
