Climate change happens, doesn't mean man made. I think that's what they are referring to, not "man made" climate change.

The raping of Louisiana wetlands by the big oil companies 50-100 years ago is a major factor in land loss.

Would rather it not have happened? What about the small and medium oil companies?

They should've let the Mississippi flow west like it wanted to.

If the ozone layer didn't have a hole in it this would have never happened. But keep using that hair spray.

Hope I just got a bad batch but Cholula tasted different and not in a good way the last time I bought it.

and yet another study was just released yesterday saying climate change isn't as bad as expected- up to 45% less damaging as originally estimated.
And I've been hearing the "loses a football field sized area every 100 minutes" thing since I was a kid. Yet here we are. Houma is still there. Morgan City too. Grand Isle too. Hooly Beach as well.

Its like some reporter goes out and recycles the same stories and clichés every few years. Sorry man, I've been hearing this shite for 40 years now. Its old. MIght be new to you, but its old bullshite to me. Avery Island could fall into the ocean tomorrow, regardless. Risk you take on the coast. Just like earthquakes are the risk you take in CA.

you do realize they didn't do anything they didn't get a permit for? And those permits came from the state. Blame the politicians along with the "big oil companies" and I'll agree (in principal) with you.

Nope, it depends on the dish. Tabasco tastes better in red beans and with eggs.

You are trying to reason with a person who "stops reading" because of Buzz words from politics. Don't bother.
