The first time I had Skyline, I was really impressed with the freshly 'grated' mass of cheese that came out on top of it. Looked massive. Just keep it fluffed up. Avoid the spaghetti, and don't expect much flavor from the meat. It's a long, long way from seasoned.

I have never been tempted to make it at home.

I don't understand the hype. It's not terrible but I'd never go out of my way to eat it either.

My sentiments as well. Went to Cincinnati the last year of Riverfront Stadium and was told we "had to eat there". It wasn't even worth trying, very forgettable.

I have yet to meet a soul that has anything good to say about Skyline.

Skip the chili and head to the Montgomery Inn for ribs. Amazing!

Going with other people usually on a business trip. Like I said, it's not terrible and I'll eat it but it's definitely massively overhyped by the locals.

I like the concept of the chili & cheese over spaghetti -- I just don't like using Skyline chili, because it sucks.

Her name is Rooney Mara. I've known Rooney and Kate since they were teenagers, Rooney and I shared an apartment when she was in college

Oh you mean a real live co-star not some extra.
Thats pretty rad and funny coincidence. Tell her an OTer retard in Baton Rouge found and tagged her movie last week on the Just Watch App(neat app to search for movies on the streaming services you subscribe to). Looks really different/good and I dig the Era.

To be fair, it wasn't bad...., just tasted like something I would make in the Kirby Smith dorm my freshman year
That's probably the BEST I can describe it, wet boxed spaghetti, Wolf chili, onions, and a mound of shredded cheese (which was the saving grace).

Yea it's not bad. Decent on a hotdog with hot sauce and loaded with cheese.

There's always some local legendary food item people shite themselves over that outsiders can't stand.

Yeah. Kate was a high school senior when I met her, and I had no idea about her family.

Rooney hates football and never went to or watched a game when we were in New York. I went to some games with Conor, her little brother.

Kate is a big fan and has sung the national anthem at Giants and Steelers games. They're pretty normal folks.

It’s like Whataburger and In and Out. It’s not really that great but those regions worship it.

Pretty awesome. I liked Kate in Shooter. That’s when I noticed her for the first time. I dreamed of marrying into a family like that as a sports fan lol

Have you met people from the north? Born with lack of taste buds. We cooked red beans and rice at a tailgate in cincy and every bowl was self served.... rice with a little bean juice was daring for them. Almost all of them had horrible bean to rice ratio

It's gross but there are a couple of local places in Cincy that serve a similar style chili that is awesome. Forget the name of the one my uncle used to take us to every time we visited. It was a sit-down place, not fast food.
