The Kolache Factory. One near LSU and one near one of these Atlanta-suburb-wannabe-shopping-areas (Towne Center, Perkins Rowe, etc.) would be able to print money.

Obviously Johnny's just to piss Powerman off.
I think an ESPN Zone would definitely work, but no way would they put on in Baton Rouge. They don't even have one in Dallas.

You guys hit the nail on the head...How in the hell do we not have a Taco Cabana in BR?!?
I hadn't thought about it since I moved back to Louisiana but I lived off of that place during late nights in ATX.

i agree completely. mis padres right here in br blows pappasito's out of the water.
i love me some taco c. badass steak burrito for $4, open late as shite. can't beat it. it would quickly put taco bell out of business around here.

the thing is i find that the main reason In and Out Burger and the like is more enjoyable is the attitude of the staff. The burger is good, not amazing like some say, but it's a really enjoyable, clean, and efficient experience. could we even find enough quality workers like this in BR or NOLA proper?

FWIW In N Out Burger and Cane's are the two highest rated fast food chains in the country for customer service.
