It certainly seems that way. It appears there is never a large crowd at Phil's and the rent can't be cheap in that area.

This seems like an odd move.

I'd really like to know what caused the split with him and Ruffin. He's had some odd career choices since the split going from Ruffinos to TJ Ribs and now Phils.

Didn't realize Graves was in it as well. I would assume he bankrolled the majority of it?

I believe Graves put up all the money for Phil's and owns a decent chunk. Maybe Sclafani is buying him out.
