Not mine, I just thought the ingredients were perfectly coonass

Red Snapper, sprinkled with Emerils fish rub, lathered with sour cream and yellow mustard, coated in crushed Ritz crackers.

Pan fried to crisp coating. Coat the upside with Ritz once in the pan.

Finish in the oven.

Top with stuff, serve with stuff.

Not how I would do it, but it was good. The guy who whipped it up can cook like a mofo and owns a successful restaurant.

I’m sure it was delicious- never thought to use sour cream as a glue when breading. Did it make a big difference in taste?

What’s in the ‘stuff’ topping besides almonds?

Such a waste of great fish.

Were you on 'Chopped' and forced to use those ingredients?

That looks awful

IWEI but Red Snapper is one of those fish you don’t mess with too much. Let the fish make the dish

Damn, y’all are tough. You’d think he marinated them in Italian dressing...

It’s odd, and that’s why I shared it, but it takes all types...

Is it the ‘spread’ of sour cream and mustard or the Ritz crackers?

Why choose Conchiglie pasta if there's no sauce?

Despite what Andy Griffith said, Ritz is not a good cracker.

What’s on top of the finished product? Looks like raw mushrooms and canned peaches, with some other shite mixed in.
