Made these last night with some leftover pulled pork in the freezer.
Pickled Onions
Queso Fresco
Cilantro
Salsa Verde
Hard to beat imo. What's your favorite use for pulled pork?

I use pulled pork all kinds of ways. Favorites include chili, as a tamale filling, in an omelette, or as part of a Cuban-ish sandwich in place of the usual roasted pork.

Tacos, nachos and quesadillas are two of my favorite ways to eat pulled pork, even more than a sandwich.

Or a nice cold bowl of Cajun Potato Salad. But pulled pork on a bun is excellent and I had a few of them since this past Saturday when I smoked a 10 lb. pork butt.

Had these last night from some pork that I'd smoked earlier this summer and had vacuum sealed.
The tortillas are HEB blended corn/flour and were hot out of the oven when I bought them yesterday.
I had a cabbage/yogurt/garlic/cilantro/olive oil/lime/jalapeño relish.
I snuck a little cheese in there too...
Cooked Mexican corn too..fresh corn off the cob with jalapeño/cayenne pepper/onions/chili powder/salt/tomato.

I make sandwiches and tacos for a few days and then vac seal and freeze which I mostly use for nachos, especially as an appetizer when I’m with friends

The usual is sandwiches and tacos. But my favorite is pozole with hominy.
