I pulled a beautiful shoulder off the smoker last night after a 24 hour smoke.
Can't wait to bust into it tonight.
Breakfast tacos are one of my favorite things to eat with pulled pork
scrambled chicken seed
pork
fresh salsa
Queso fresco
Piping hot flour tortilla

Or, do you like I did the other night and roast some fresh hatch chiles to make the base of your sauce. Excellent

Damn that sounds good. I have a buy thawing now, may try that.
