As mentioned previously-
Andrew Godley stated moving from a 30 barrel system to a 100 barrel system is challenging - the 1st batch is not perfect, yet is 100% committed to making it duplicate Broussard production quality.
So by the time Jan 2019 rolls around for E Texas distro you will be good fella - cheers

So I don't know shite about making beer on that scale. Hell I don't know a whole lot about making beer period....but are the "barrels" at Parish a different size or something from the "barrels" in Florida???

Man why are they releasing the BA creature on a Friday?

scaling up the recipe is lot more complicated than just multiplying everything by 3

OK...so it feels to me like Parish underestimated the complexity that you speak of then. That seems crazy to me.

I think they've been open about the fact that it might take a batch or two to dial it in like they want, but they're confident it'll get there

They used 4th generation Brewhub CO2. It changes after each generation. They are going to contract a lab to propagate their house CO2 and ship it over there.

Yes and yes. I was disappointed that I couldn't get a growler of it.

Ghost riding a Defender with a Golden hanging out the back window got me to buy Reve last night.

Wouldn't it be smarter to "dial it in" before you start to sell it? I mean it's one thing if nobody has ever drank it....it's a whole other thing for your flagship.
