Andrew Godley mentioned this on another FB posting. As explained, Broussard has a 30 barrel system & Brew Hub has a 100 barrel system. Andrew stated he is 100% committed to making Broussard & Brew Hub Envie taste exactly the same, acknowledging that it might take a couple of batches to perfect it.
