Oh yeah, the whole time the manager was taking our order, he had no mask on. Done.
I agree with you that Papa Johns sucks but you seem like a very difficult person to please and you probably run into issues like these at a lot of places you patronize.

I remember Roma very well from when we lived down there. It was damn good and the owner was super nice.

Think he said he was retiring. Which is sort of why he moved here from NYC. He always said he saw an opening to bring people good pizza.
Maybe him and the Albasha owner were friends from back in Iraq or something and he moved here to settle with that group. He would talk about it every now and then, but the story changed and was vague.

Aside from the pizza tasting like cardboard crap I have no issues with them. The best reason not to even attempt to order.

Thincrust tombstone isnt bad when you just want a quick pizza. I add a little salt before cooking to enhance the flavor. Actually not too bad.
I like good pizza as much as the next guy. Jetts, Blue Naples, Elizabeth's, Route 66, Mellow Mushroom, Sticks and Stones.. but chain store pizza like Dominos and Papa Johns just isnt very good to me. Jetts is a chain, but it's good Detroit style pizza. Family wanted Jetts last night so I grabbed one. Didnt have any though. Im on my 3 day health kick..
