Drove by today and noticed lights on as well. Seems like that's the only place that has even been worked on.

This week he is supposed to open. It's probably going to be a soft opening for lunch.

Went for lunch today and really enjoyed it. They have alot of kinks to work out (computer isnt up and running for orders/bills, some menu items not available, staff/kitchen, etc) but the food was really good. If you go, atleast for the short-term, be prepared to be patient. . Mo (owner) was doin a little of everything today and is a super nice guy. Staff is trying hard to please.

We tried a mixture of queso, fish tacos (mahi), enchiladas, & burrito. Not cheap tex-mex, but the quality appeared to be worth the price.

Owner said as they get better and better established he has plans for bottle of wine night, rita night, kids night, ladies night, etc.... maybe have music on the weekends.

Very very good start for them in my book. Cant wait to go back.... been looking forward to their opening and they did not disappoint.

Im afraid they didnt seem homeade.

Wife had the fish tacos... options for fish were Salmon, Mahi or Tilapia.

Enchilada topping options were Crema, Red, or Queso.

Burrito was huge, son ordered it w fajita chicken.

Queso w beef app was great. Pretty runny queso to, so those that like thick cheese may not dig it.

Saw a combo fajitas come out and they looked good, but we have tried.

Pretty big menu - several other things I am interested in trying.

No liquor liscense yet.

They've been teasing the strip for years. Then as soon as I sell my house in Azalea Lakes, they finally make progress on it.

That is because this project has been riddled with issues ever since they stuck the sign up in 2008. For starters there was a fight with the city over number of parking if I recall correctly and then when the plans were completed the developer decided to file bankruptcy and try avoiding the Architects bill.
