That town hasn't been the same since Kirby's closed and the old John Adams burned down. LOL.

I only have three.

1. Any Publix (there's one in Fort Walton Beach that we always went to on beach trips when I was a kid...that's the GOAT)
2. The Kroger in Auburn (been there a billion times)
3. Harris Teeter (just moved to Charlotte, one right by my apartment is money)

1. Any HEB

The one at Memorial and Dairy Ashford in Houston is the worst grocery store I have ever been in. I always go to the Kroger or Randalls near it.

The I-10 bunker hill one though is pretty bad arse.

Know what you're talking about. Had an apt off Dairy Ashford when I first moved here. That was my intro to HEB. Not a good grocery store and so out of family with every other HEB I've been to.

I loved the Harris Teeter's in North Carolina. Publix that I've visited have also been up there.

Easily the sexiest is the Rouse's in the CBD. Jesus. That place is gorgeous. Selection isn't up there with the others I've named, but in terms of general chic atmosphere, it's up there.

Metry Whole Foods is legit too.

Sleeper pick is Breaux Mart on Mag. Not top 5, but I dig the atmosphere for sure.

I appreciate the Rouses being in the old Sewell building but I hate shopping at that store. The layout sucks and there are always bums in there.

I miss my Publix stores in Florida. I love their deli and the stores are always bright and clean.

I'd throw Whole Foods in there but I haven't been there enough. It is a very nice grocery store though. Wish we had one here.
