New Metairie Restaurants

There's a new building going up on Clearview in Elmwood that appears to have a drive up window. It was on the site of the Shell station near McDonald's. It kind of looks like the size and shape of the nearby NO Hamburger & Seafood. Anybody know what it might be?
Secondly, the new Le's Vietnamese and Seafood on Airline was dark tonight with no cars in sight. I had reported on my visit there in this thread, LINK. A lot of you were saying it wouldn't last with prices that high. Does anyone have any info on this place?
Lastly, there is some renovation work being done on the former Taco Tico location on Veterans. It took them a while to find a new tenant (I'm glad, since they raised the lease on TT and forced them out). I haven't heard anything about this new place, have you?

No, the new chik fil a is gonna be on Clearview in between Wendy's and McDonald's, former shell station. (across Clearview from Applebee's)

oh i see now, yea that is what i heard. I was gonna say, i didnt think 2 were popping up at the same time if it took this long to get a 2nd one in the area

Pump for the Chickfila but it still hurts to talk about the Taco Tico. I guess time will heal those wounds.

Same place that's off Oak? Their pho is terrible. Or at least it was two years ago, I haven't been back.

New Canes opening at Vets/17th street canal line.
New Chikfila opening in Kenner on Vets near Sonic.
City Greens opening on Metairie Road at the railroad tracks.
