Need a drink idea for turkey day.

Looking for a cocktail that can be made in a large batch, light and not to sweet.

Apple cider OF. Reduce a qt of cider into about a cup and mix with 2 c bourbon and 12 dashes bitters. Will keep for a week

I am very intrigued by this. Not sure if I'll make it tomorrow, but might in a few weeks. I'm assuming you serve over ice?
