I never knew breville made a smaller version. Reviews look great! Im looking at
buying this and the baratza encore esp grinder since I’m mainly focused being able to extract a good sweet espresso.
Do you think this combo is enough to achieve that?...

Recently gifted a 5 gallon jambalaya pot. I need recommendations on a spoon or stirrer. I’ve made a couple of pots with some regular serving size spoons but the weight of the ingredients ends up bending the spoon pretty bad....

Saw with the family I’d give it a 7 out of 10 not a lot of adult humor and the story was lacking that being said for a kids movie it was good. Visuals were amazing and a lot of nods to the games both old and new....

Had an old single jet burner that finally crapped out. Wife bought me this

The burner does bring the liquid to a boil but it’s a bit different. While extremely quiet(which I like) the flames end up going up the sides causing bad burn marks on the side ...

Any issue with fat rendering out of the sausage smoking at 180 instead of say 140 or 150? I recently bought a hot plate to maintain lower temps on my electric smoker, but now I’m wondering if that purchase was necessary. Lowest temp my electric smoker will go to on it’s own is 175....

Trying my hand at making smoked sausage. Instructions say to smoke at 150 for 5 hours. My electric smokers lowest temp is 170.
Any tricks to maintaining a lower temp?

If I take evaporated milk which has 36g of carbs and 36g of sugar for the full 12 oz and reduce it down, will this increase the overall count of carbs and or sugar?
What if I carmelize the milk(dulce de leche) will that increase the overall count of carbs and sugar?...
