I recently got one as well, and I will never go back to my box grater.

Just a cheap one from Amazon, here's the LINK.
I actually didn't realize until I looked at this link that it came with the peeler tool. I used it last night to cut some orange rind to make a few Old Fashioneds and was trying to remember where that little tool had even come from.

I use that a lot and the microplane grater. I also have a mini grater I use to zest citrus, but the larger one works for that as well.

Garlic press
I also have a slap chopper which also dices and it's a big time saver for me. Try dicing two dozen tomatopes by hand and you'll want one.

Left-handed wooden spoons from Mikes Woodworks in New Iberia. He makes the best roux spoon of them all. Check them out at spoonsgaloreandmore.com!

Mike is a prince of a man and makes great spoons and roux spatulas. I mostly hickory but some cherry. Great homegrown talent. He should be supported!

Hand made wooden spoon sold by this guy:
SpoonMan
One pic of many spoons offered. I own two of them, currently.
Disclaimer: Not financially affiliated with this young man, just a best bud of my son that has been selling his spoons for a few years now. He's a chef by trade and was not happy with the spoons he was using, so started making his own.

Not a must have, but very useful, chopsticks, which can be used like tongs, or for whisking, or for flipping and turning things. I’ve been using regular wooden ones, but am going to get longer ones made specifically as cooking tools and not just eating.

I just got this one for Christmas and I looooove it!
Food processor is a pain in the arse and hand chopping takes forever. I also love that there are different plates for different sized cuts, the storage in the bottom so I don't have to dirty a bowl, and that the whole thing is machine washable.
Also, my Instant Pot has been a game changer, I use it all the time. I also love my bamboo steamer...we eat a lot of dumplings in this house, and it's also great for steaming veggies.
