I have a buddy down in Brownsville that has a ranch that has an abundance of Nilgai that he would trade a swordfishing trip for a Nilgai shoot!
Its worth the investment....VacMaster 230 about $1400 (can get them on sale at online restaurant supply houses for less) and then invest in a DuraSteel Heavy duty rolling food prep table ..$250 ish...this is a nice set up !

Last week I had Popeyes on Verot School Rd in Lafayette twice. On Wednesday I had 2 piece white with RB&R. That was best chicken from Popeye's Ive ever had. Crispy and just the right spice and not greasy. Mentioned it to mgr that chicken was best I've had at Popeye's in a very long time. He gave all the credit to the guy breading the chicken. Went again on Sat to see if Wednesday was just a good day for them....again the chicken was fantastic!

hiding under the 501C rules of the IRS made the Tour rich now they are for profit its a whole new ball game and in 5 yrs they can hid under Bankruptcy protection. Hope those guys who have built up a pension in the PGA system get their money out asap!

Peyton Houston finished 2-3rd according to most analyst at the event! Haven finished 5-6 by analyst. Nebraska commit Taylor consensus #1. Hope he stays injury free this year.
