What are your must-have kitchen gadgets? I'm looking for something not super-common but very useful and you use it frequently.

I just bought two new gadgets: the ButterUp perforated butter knife designed to make cold butter spreadable. LINK

I had a plastic one that broke after about 6 months.

What is the F&DB using to grind pepper?

All great selections....
I use all of those frequently especial the condiment bottle. I use one that I have filled with olive oil every day.

I'll add Splatter Screen, I use it every time I brown meat or if I happen to fry something inside.
