Mestizos is on Acadian. Superior is on Highland. I think they have the Caliente place on Lee as well.

Superior is well... superior. Mestizos isn’t bad and no clue on caliente place. There are a couple of taco joints nearby.

Izzo's is better than Zippy's. The best thing on the Zippy's menu is the frozen drinks.

Only place I would choose to eat is Superior. Zippy's for drinks or a decent burrito.

Get some Central American cuisine instead. La Salvadorena is very close to campus, cheap, and good food.

Would like to know what you ate. That was the worst Mexican food I’ve eaten in BR.
Chips and salsa and Margaritas were good. I know other people besides me that have gone and they said they aren’t going back.

I had steak tacos and the meat was like some sort of deli style meat or something.

Blue Corn. More Mexican than TexMex. Margaritas are very good.

Izzo's is BY far the best of the creat your own mexican dish restaurants. Blows chiptole and firebirds out of the water. Actually Moe's is a close second
